Add ability for creator to add <contact.first_name> to the email so that when people are reading it, it's addressed to them! (probably want to make it like "add field to email" rather than asking people to write i code :D)

I would like to have a number to contact you guys, you charged me double and there is no one we can talk to.

Frustrating to go do something with a deadline only to have the software glitch and not be able to resolve quickly via help. In this day in age, should be a no brainer.
