The emails always go to the promotions folder on gmail. Is there a way to prevent this to happen?

Create a link to a specific update that can be sent around for anyone to view the update directly.

I would like to option to export certain or all updates into a PDF file

Create a simple bucket where we can quickly drop ideas for next week's update (as they happen). What I do now is create an update for next week, put things in as week moves one, then I don't have to think too much what was going on in the past week - all the important stuff is already waiting me. But now I need to click my way through it... would be great if I could just enter my last draft created with a click of a button (or specific URL).

It would be helpful to know if someone forwarded our email. When the view count gets up to 40, 50, even 60 views, it appears that it must have been forwarded - but we have no way of knowing for sure. Not sure if this is even possible, but data like this would provide a lot of insight.

Maybe it already is possible, but I couldn’t find the option of adding an admin with full access to your account... Using easy login with either Google or LinkedIn, makes it difficult to share a login

Be able to schedule when updates go out every week. I.E. write an update and say "Go out on Thursday at X time"

In the WYSIWYG editor from compose if you highlight text, select the "link" button and add a mailto: URI you receive a warning notification that the URL is invalid at the top of the page.
