It would be helpful to know if someone forwarded our email. When the view count gets up to 40, 50, even 60 views, it appears that it must have been forwarded - but we have no way of knowing for sure.

Not sure if this is even possible, but data like this would provide a lot of insight.

We launched an update to email analytics in early may that addresses this request.

Hi Michele, we have been steadily releasing enhancements to the analytics to provide further details on engagement. See the attached image which shows detailed event information and a tooltip to help you understand if an email has been forwarded or not. Again, since we are using email technology, there is a limit to how much we can really know about forwarding. This is the same for all email service providers. Our goal is to start moving updates on platform for those companies that would like that in order to get much better insights on engagement metrics.
